XCSO - Nov 30 Sudbury Speed and Dec 13 Temiskaming Race prep camps

2025 Speed camp and Race prep camp

Nov 30 Speed camp in Sudbury

Dec 13 Race prep camp on Race day in Temiskaming NOD1

Sanctioned by Cross Country Ski Ontario

Ages: Open with target group U12 to U18

The idea is to work with kids and coaches in a safe environment but in somewhat uncertain conditions. So we are inviting u12 to u18 aged skiers to join as well as any coaches to come and stay with the younger ones. Any snow would only make this day more interesting, the race in Temiskaming depends on it.

Both days also have the objective to prepare for a racing mindset, in your training and on race day.

Registration is open until Nov 29 for the speed camp.

Registration is open until Dec 12 for the race prep camp.

Speed camp Objectives:

  1. Developing good habits to fuel a workout and race.
