L2T COACHING WORKSHOPS

1) Oct 24, 25, 26, 2025: L2T (Dryland)

• Fri evening, all day Sat & Sun
• 18.25 hrs

Coaches learn about developmental age, physical literacy, team building, athletic components (aerobic fitness, speed, etc.), nutrition, how to design their own sport program, adventure-based activities (year-round), roller-skiing, and planning a practice.

The L2T Dryland Course is required before the L2T (Snow) Course can be taken. For a list of courses in BC for the 25/26 season, see this CCBC webpage .

• Prerequisites: Community Coaching Workshop (CC) and a minimum age of 16 years
• Fees: $100 for CCBC members, $600 for non-CCBC members
• Location: Black Jack Ski Club , Rossland BC

2) Nov 28, 29, 30, 2025: L2T (Snow)

• Fri evening, all day Sat & Sun
• 16.5 hrs

This workshop is designed to train coaches on team management, supporting athletes at a competition, teaching and learning, equipment selection, ski preparation, and how to teach ski technique effectively. Participants are required to have classic and skate equipment and should dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.

• Prerequisite: L2T (Dryland)
• Fees: $100 for CCBC members, $600 for non-CCBC members
• Location: Black Jack Ski Club , Rossland BC
