Kimberley Alpine and Nordic Ski trip

Multi day trip with both Nordic and Alpine options - CANCELLED

Membership:

Participants must be a current Regina Ski Club Inc. member either new or renewed after June 1, 2025. Your membership must reflect the Alpine and/or Nordic activities you will be participating in during this trip.

• Downhill skiers must have an Alpine option on their membership
• Cross country skiers must have a Nordic option on their membership

Registration:

• Use this form to register for the bus, or if you have already registered for the bus, you can use the form to purchase lift tickets
• Bus fees: Adults $250, Children $125.
• Bus fees increase to $300 and $150 on Feb 25, 2026
• Online registration closes at midnight March 10, 2026

Refund policy:

• If the organizers must cancel the trip, all registrants will have the option to receive a refund of their registration and lift ticket fees minus the online processing fees.
• Refunds for the bus portion of the trip minus a $10 administration fee and the on-line processing fee  will be issued if a participant cancels their seat on the Kimberley Alpine and Nordic trip at least two weeks prior to the start of the trip (Feb. 27, 2026) OR if your seat(s) can be filled from a waiting list.
• Refunds for lift tickets minus online processing fees are refundable until March 10, 2026
• Online processing (Zone4) fees are added to your registration at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• All refunds are sent via e-transfer.
• Registrants may choose to donate their refunds to the Regina Ski Club Inc.
