Welcome to the Whistler Nordics Ski Club Safe Sport Registration for 2025–2026!

We appreciate you taking the time to complete this form — it helps reduce the workload involved in managing our staff, coach, Board and volunteer sign-ups, Safe Sport initiatives and ensures our Club remains organized and properly insured.

Note: No fees are collected on this form.

This form is mandatory for people who plan to work or volunteer as:

• youth program coach or program support (e.g. wax tech, group support, youth event support, etc.)
• board member
• administration
• youth chaperone, driver

Before you proceed, you'll need to do and find a few things:

1. Renew your Club membership (done annually)
2. Your existing or new NCCP number , for all personnel or volunteers.
3. The date of your last criminal reference check ( if you are 19+ years of age) submitted (if possible), if you don't have one please go Link: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC (you may have to type in the address manually) Access Code: DGAJJBLWCW , It will take you straight to our organization (Whistler Nordics).
4. Coaches: Good news - having this information ready to go will also help you to complete another (yes, another) form as part of your annual Nordiq Canada coach license.
