Wentworth Downhill Series 2026 Race 3

Date: September 5th

Registration and chip pickup will be at the Barn at 12pm. Practice from 2pm to 3pm. Staggered race starts 3pm

Fees: $20 per event

Please note: If you sign up after September 3rd, there will be a $10 additional fee. If you register on race day, there will be an additional $10 fee. If you want to change categories on race day, there will be a $10 fee.

A Cycling Nova Scotia membership or One Event Insurance is required to race. Please head over to www.cyclingns.ca to view benefits of becoming a member

***Riders must be able to ride technical terrain, the course is for intermediate and advanced riders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A racer lift ticket can be purchased at the rental shop the morning of or season pass is required (not included in the entry fee).
• Racers must sign a Waiver & Release of Liability form at the Barn with your race chip.
• Racers under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or legal guardian present on the race day to sign their Waiver & Release of Liability Form.

Full face helmets are mandatory. Long pants and long sleeve jersey OR shorts with knee pads and short sleeve jersey with elbow pads are required. A back protector is recommended.

We select a different trail each week and announce the downhill course the morning of the race. The race is for intermediate and advanced riders who can ride technical terrain. Racers are encouraged to take a practice run, as no formal training will occur.
