$10 (plus day pass for non members)

0930-1015 Bib handout in the loft

0900-1015 course open for warm-up

1030-All racers start.

1130 Hot dogs over bonfire at Snowshoe trail start (skiathlon transition area)

Jackrabbits free but must pre-register with coach August

Location: Kenora Nordic & Biathlon Club, Mt Evergreen Ski Area, Kenora ON

Competition Technique: 10KM Skate or 10KM classic with a Cookie Station on the Course
