Masters Camp - Prince George - July 23-25, 2026

This camp is intended for Adult and Masters Athletes (ages 30 and up) who have some prior biathlon experience, ranging from beginner to advanced.

Training Focus:

This camp will predominantly focus on shooting technique. Physical training and activities will also be incorporated. Shooting fundamentals—position, sight picture, breath control, trigger control, and follow-through—will be refined.

Physical training will include strength training, ski striding with poles, and optional roller ski technique.

Dates and Times of Training Sessions:

All training sessions will take place at Caledonia Nordic. The schedule is as follows:

• Thursday, July 23, 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday, July 24, 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM
• Evening social
• Saturday, July 25, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Meals, Accommodations, and Transportation:

Athletes are responsible for their own meals, accommodations, and transportation during the camp. There are no food service facilities available at the Caledonia Nordic. Athletes must bring their own lunch, water, and snacks each day.

Coaches:

• Allie Dickson : A veteran coach with over 10 years of experience coaching athletes of all levels. Allie most recently led Team Canada at the World University Games in Torino, Italy.
• Emily Dickson : 2022 Olympian and current athlete. Emily has many years of international race experience. Most recently, she represented Team Canada at the Open European Championships and IBU Cup in Martell and Ridnaun, Italy.

A detailed daily camp schedule and packing list will be circulated before the start of the camp.

Camp Fee

The fee for the camp is $500. Cancellation fee $15. This includes coaching services, range fees, and roller ski passes at the Caledonia Biathlon range. Athletes must provide their own biathlon equipment and 1000 rounds of ammunition for the camp. Athletes must have a valid PAL.
