Spring 2026 Multisport Dryland Registration

XCBC Spring Multisport Dryland Training is Here!

Get ready to move! Starting Saturday, May 2 through Saturday, June 20 , XCBC is kicking off our Spring Multisport Dryland Training Program—designed to build strength, endurance, and smart recovery habits for young athletes.

Schedule

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00–7:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00–11:30 AM


What’s Included?

  • Multisport conditioning
  • Strength & interval training
  • Running technique
  • Rollerski technique
  • Nutrition, recovery & injury prevention

Age Groups:

  • U12 (2015–2016)
  • U14 (2013–2014)
  • U16+ (2012 and earlier)


Location to vary depending on activity:

  • West Bragg Creek trails
  • Redwood Meadows
  • Bragg Creek
  • Kananaskis

Fees:

  • 8-Session Drop-In Pass (Tues & Sat only): $160
  • Full Program Access: $350
