Why: Fundraiser for the CNSC Race Teams

2 classes: Recreation (solo and relay) and Almost an Ultra (Last Runner Standing)

1/2 the time & loop distance as a standard Backyard Ultra race!

Recreation Classes

• Solo (14+) or relay team (12+) of 2 (each runner does 4 loops in any order)
• 3.35 km loops
• Loop “required finish time” decreases by 1 minute every lap (starts at 30 minutes, ends at 23 minutes)
• Capped number of loops at 8 = 26.8km
• First rec male and female across the line win! Prizes to be announced.
• Prize for first relay team across the line.
• Other awesome category winner prizes & draw prizes every 30 min
• Finish lines snacks and drinks to keep you fueled.
• Music, food, try biathlon ( eco aim)

Almost an Ultra Class

• Open to 16+
• Continues after the Recreations classes are done.
• The time available to do each lap continues to drop by 1 min each lap.
• Almost an Ultra winners are the last male and female to complete a lap, or the first across the line on the final lap everyone is willing to run. Prizes to be announced.

Ages as of Dec 31, 2026. Must be 14+ for Rec Solo, 12+ for a team, and 16+ for Almost an Ultra. Teams may be mixed ages and genders.
