Acknowledgement of Rider Obligations

• All Riders Must have a Valid UCI License (MTB, BMX, Multi Discipline) or Must Purchase a Single Event License to Participate
• Single Event License Holders are not Eligible to be Provincial Champions
• Riders will bring all equipment needed in a fully operational condition.
• Riders are not allowed to use pedals where shoes are attached to the pedal, flat pedals only.
• No bikes with any kind of automatic transmission, pedal assist motors or engines.
• No protruding parts on the bike, which can injure other riders (such as pegs).
• The bike shall have at least 1 rear brake.
• Helmet open face mandatory, full face strongly recommended.
• T-shirt is mandatory, long sleeve with pads is recommended.
• Long pant or knee protection is recommended.
• Shoes mandatory, no flip flops or open shoes.
• Gloves recommended.

10:30 am - 11:30 am: Practice session (ELITE)

11:00 am - 11:15 am: Riders Briefing KIDS & MASTERS

11:15 am - 1:00 pm: Timed Runs KIDS & MASTERS

1:15 pm-1:30 pm Riders Briefing ELITE

1:30 pm - 3:15 pm: Timed Runs ELITE

3:15 pm - 5:00 pm: Finals - Top 4 (KIDS & MASTERS)

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Knock-out-Heat Finals (ELITE)

6:40 pm - 7:15 pm: Award Ceremony (ALL) **times and finals format are subject to change based on rider numbers – check on site for time changes**
