OMG - Gravel Grind Series:OMG = Oh My Gravel

Everytime people join us for a gravel ride in the Sussex region, there’s always a moment of “oh my” this is awesome, this is what gravel riding is all about!

We love showing people what gravel riding is all about and we consider the Sussex/Fundy region, gravel mecca!

We have a series of 5 planned rides over the next few months, from shorter intro to gravel rides with 30-50 Km routes planned, to a few bigger days in the saddle with 100Km routes planned to take us from Sussex to the Fundy coast and back, and we’ll finish the series with our always sold out Gasthof Gravel Grind which will have a short and long route followed by an amazing Bavarian feast at one of our favorite places, the Gasthof Old Bavarian Restaurant.

Summer Solstice Gravel Grind

Saturday, June 20, 2026 @ 6:00pm

This ride will Start/Finish at Poley Mountain with two routes; a 30km and 50Km option.

BYOB for summer solstice apres parking lot refreshment.

Canada Day Gravel Grind

Wednesday, July 1, 2026 @ 9am

This ride will start/finish at Outdoor Elements in Sussex and roll through some of our favorite local gravel routes.

The Gravel Gathering

Sunday, August 9, 2026 @ 9am

We will start/finish in Sussex with a 100km+ loop planned to Fundy Trail Parkway and back to town, with a rest stop in St. Martins and some basic signage along the route.

Fall Favorites Gravel Grind

Sunday, September 20, 2026 @ 9am

We’re kicking off the fall gravel riding season with one of our favorite gravel loops starting and finishing at Outdoor Elements, we’ll hit the gravel within 5 minutes from town and plan to enjoy a beverage after the ride at Sussex Ale Works.

Gasthof Gravel Grind
