Thank you for purchasing a membership to Nelson Nordic Ski Club! You are becoming a member of our not-for-profit society and signing up for winter fun and fitness, in the heart of nature and at the heart of our community!
Your membership fees will also cover your pass for unlimited skiing and snowshoeing on our trails this season.
Nelson Nordic Ski Club is affiliated with Cross Country BC (CCBC) and Nordiq Canada (NC). The $21 fees per member, including children under 6 are mandatory for insurance purposes and will be added automatically at checkout, along with Zone4 fees (these are $1.50 per person, plus $1.00 per transaction, plus 3% credit card merchant fee ).
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by choosing your Membership Type (i.e., Individual or Family).
- You can register two (or more) individuals on the same "Individual" registration.
- Only choose "Family" membership type if you are registering one or two adults plus TWO OR MORE Children or Juniors aged 6 to 18 -- children under 6 ski for free at our trails unless they are registering in Bunnies.
- Fill in a member information page for each member -- this will be the second page of the registration process.
- If you wish to register your child for a youth program(s), please enter this information as part of the CHILD's member information page (not the adult's).
- Click Continue and Add a Person , but do not Checkout until you have completed the member information page -- and youth program registration, if necessary -- for all individuals who are part of this registration.
- Your Nelson Nordic Ski Club membership cards (or new stickers for returning members) can be picked up at the Apex kiosk when we open. We will inform members via eNews and Facebook when cards and stickers are available for pickup each year.
Important: You are strongly encouraged to use the Optional Quick List function to ensure the information you input is exactly the same if you need to return to add programs at a later date. If the name and address data is not exactly the same, you may have to pay the CCBC and NC fees again. The Quick List function is also helpful when registering for races and for auto-filling the registration form from one year to the next. If you have moved since you last registered, please double-check that the Quick List information is correct.
