Location: Snow Valley Ski Club - Main Lodge (Upstairs)

About the Silent Auction: The SVR Silent Auction is an exciting evening to meet and mingle with other parents, coaches, and SVR staff. Prepare for a fun program, good food, and a great opportunity to support our club! We have catered this event for Adults Only (18+), please leave your athletes at home.

Tickets: Each family has already purchased two silent auction tickets as part of the program registration. Please indicate if you will be attending the auction on the next page.

Extra Tickets: Additional tickets can be purchased for $75/ticket. Please contact Chad Mansell (programdirector@snowvalleyracing.ca) to purchase additional tickets for your friends, family, and work colleagues!

Deadline: Please RSVP for the Silent Auction by Monday , October 5th.

Silent Auction Donation Form: Each family, whether they attend the event or not, is responsible for collecting a donation for the auction. This item should have a value of at least $75. Donations must be accompanied by a Silent Auction donation form and can be dropped off at the race office (Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm).
