Note: Parents who ski with their young children who are part of the "Bunny" or "Level 1" groups do not need to purchase adult annual passes to participate. Instead, they will be offered free day passes (for use on Jackrabbit program days only).

GNOAC's Jackrabbit Programs
On the next page, you will choose the Jackrabbit program option and enter participant information for each child.
See descriptions of the programs and levels at: Cross Country Ski Programs at GNOAC (Winter 2027) - Georgian Nordic Outdoor Activity Centre
Jackrabbit includes:
- Bunnies: Young Beginners (ages 3 to 6, must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver)
- Jackrabbit: Progression from levels 1 to 4 (ages 7 to 11, or younger if already completed Bunnies and ready for Level 1)
- Learn to Ski: Beginners, new to skiing (ages 8 to 12)
- Track Attack: Recreational (ages 10 to 14) - non-competition group, typically have finished the Jackrabbit levels and want to ski as a group
Note: Racing Rabbits is not being offered this year. Racing Rabbits was a group of U10 to U14s (born 2013 to 2017) interested in competitive racing, who had previous skiing experience and had typically finished Jackrabbit levels.
If your child is new to Georgian Nordic, we’ll work with you to place them where they’ll have the most fun and greatest success.
If we must cancel a group/level (if we don't have enough volunteer coaches), the annual pass and program fees can be available for refund. We will work with you to determine what is best for your family/skier if this should occur.
Photo Consent
Photographs of Jackrabbit skiers and coaches may be taken and used for promotional (such as on GNOAC websites, social media, newsletters) or Club purposes (such as funding applications, reports, a group photo hung on the wall in the Pavillion or Burrow).
Anyone who does not want their or their child's photo taken must assume responsibility to self identify to the Jackrabbit coordinators (email jackrabbit@georgiannordic.com) or directly to the photographer.
Rentals
Stay tuned for a date when we will hold a rental night in the Burrow (GNOAC's chalet). Burrow Staff will be on hand to help you outfit your skier(s) with rentals for the season. Rentals will be signed out each Jackrabbit program day. The cost will be $75 per JR skier. (Rentals are free of charge for group volunteers).
