Team Captain Information

The information requested below is for the Team Captain only.  The Team Captain is responsible for conveying all information to his or her team members.

All players must sign a waiver in order to participate.  Waivers will be available at the registration table on the day of the event.

A member of the organizing committee will be in touch shortly with a copy of the tournament rules, as well as a copy of the player waiver.  The team captain is responsible for sharing all information with his/her team.

Teams will consist of 6 players.  Games will be played as two ten minute halves of exciting 3 on 3 action (plus goalie).

*Please note that every team must have at least one female member

Team check-in begins at 7:00 am on September 27 with game play beginning at 8:00 am.  All teams MUST check in and wear the awarded conference sponsors' t-shirts.
