Built 4 Speed Event #3 - Development Event hosted by XC Bragg Creek (XCBC).  This is the third in a four event series.  Development events are aimed at beginning or novice racers.  Registration is at the discretion of club coaches - please check with your club coach prior to registering to ensure this event is suitable for your child.  The intent is to provide a race experience for kids getting started with cross country skiing and racing.  It is open to all  CCC clubs.  Cross Country Alberta is a proud supporter of the B4S - Southern Alberta series.

Race Office location - West Bragg Creek Parking Lot. There are pit toilets, no heated buildings. Bring lots of layers. Hot Chocolate, cookies and Coffee provided

Events 3km race for the older/more experienced kids Individual start. 100metre sprints for jackrabbits (dual starts), timed downhill event, bean bag biathlon and other fun "Mini Olympics events". Hot chocolate and cookies :)

With a focus on fun on Valentine's Day!! (Wear Red or Pink if you dare)- prizes for best costumes

if your athlete has experience racing, for example-has attended more than 5 Alberta cups, or more than 2 years, please register them in the just for fun 3km race. This may be part of the course for the Alberta Youth Championships
