Lake Louise: A great opportunity to hit the snow early and spend some time in the mountains.

This is an open provincial camp for Midget through Junior age categories. The camp starts at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 8 ^th and finishes at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10 ^th .

Activities include on-snow technique, games and relays, video analysis, workshops and speakers.

Special Guest and Olympian Dasha Gaiazova will join us for a presentation on Sunday night, and skiing on Monday.

Camp Cost: $240

included in the cost: cross country ski coaching, two nights accommodation at the Lake Louise Hostel (Saturday and Sunday nights), meals (Saturday lunch, supper; Sunday breakfast, lunch, supper; Monday breakfast, lunch), and special guest presentations

If you are interested in staying an extra night before or after the camp, you can make additional arrangements with the Lake Louise Hostel or another accommodation in the area.

Sunday, November 9

1:30 - Video evaluations

2:30 - Technique and speed work

4:30 - Break

5:30 - Supper at the Lake Louise Hostel

Monday, November 10

8:00 - Breakfast

8:45 - Clean and pack up

9:00 - Depart Lake Louise Hostel for skiing

9:30 - Easy ski for warm up routines

10:30 - Fun races

12:00 - Lunch

12:30 - Evaluation and camp review

1:00 - Time to go home!
