XC Bragg Creek and Canmore Nordic Ski Club are pleased to host 2015 Alberta Youth Cross Country Ski Championships.  This event is only for skiers born 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004.

Events include:

- individual start free technique race

- relay event

- wave start classic technique race

Ski events will take place at West Bragg Creek Ski Trails in Kananaskis Country if the snow is decent, otherwise races will be at the Canmore Nordic Centre.  The event site is at 1450m.  Trails are hilly and north facing and so hold snow well.

Accommodation and food services  at Kamp Kiwanis are included in the event price for athletes and registered chaperones/coaches.  Please see race notice for details. Clubs should plan to send 1 chaperone/coach for every 8-10 kids .  Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to house kids not registered in the event.

This highly successful event included over 150 young skiers from Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the NWT in 2014.
