Come out to Wesley Clover Parks to challenge yourself on our updated race course!

Format: Interval start race, 7 km, 3.5 km and 1.5 km

Time: 9 am start for 7 km

This is an NCD race event, points will be awarded according to YOB categories

This is a No-Fluoro event

*Please note that there will be $5.00 fee for Supporting Member Day License (SMDL ) applied to any participants aged 14 who do not have a current Nordiq Canada race license.
