Cross Country Ski / Snowshoe Relay

• 11:00AM Start
• 2 person teams (1 snowshoer; 1 Cross Country skier
• Start order:
• Snowshoer (lap 1; 800m)
• Cross Country skier (lap 2; 1 km)
• Snowshoer (lap 3; 800 m )
• Cross Country skier (lap 4; 1 km)
• Tag zone 30 m (incoming person hand tag to the back of out going person)
• Registration Fee: $5.00 per person (or $10 per team)

Learn to Para Nordic Adaptive Ski

• Multiple start times (10:30AM; 12:00PM)
• Learn to Sit Ski
• Learn to Guide a Visually Impaired Skier
• Learn how to be Guided
• 60 minute duration.
• Registration Fee: FREE

Learn to Cross Country Ski

• Multiple start times (1:30 pm; 2:10 pm)
• 30 minute duration.
• Teaching grids (2 total) with capacity for 20 skiers per session
• Registration Fee: FREE

Notes:

• Relay prizes provided by Fresh Air Experience
• Hot chocolate & cookies provided by EVTAG
• Officials/Ski Inspectors provided by RSC and EVTAG
• Entry fees will be collected by Regina Ski Club and transferred to EVTAG (Echo Valley Trails Advisory Committee) in support of their trail maintenance. Thier e-mail address is echovalley.tag@gmail.com .
