Registration Information & Instructions:

If you are a coach registering students for a school team, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES USING THIS ONLINE FORM . If you have questions, please email timing@nscfairbanks.org

If you are a high school athlete affiliated with a school or club team, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM! Your coach will register you for the race. If you are not affiliated with a school or club team or do not have the required practices to race with your team, you may register as an individual.

Team and School COACHES: Answer "YES" to the question below and provide your team contact information and team name ("Affiliation"). On the next page you will have the option to "Add first person". Answer "YES" to the question at the top (this will eliminate the need to add contact info for each student). Complete all required fields and then click "Continue". You have the option to check out or to add another person. You will be able to register as many of your students for the race as you like.

If you are registering as an INDIVIDUAL or registering several individuals (not for a school team), please answer "NO" to the first question about registering a school team. On the next page, click on the "Add first person" link and answer "NO" to the first question on the form. Complete all required fields and then click "Continue". You have the option to check out and pay or to add another person. You will be able to register as many people for the race as you like.

Entry fees are $0 for K-12 students, $5 for University students, $15 for NSCF Member Adults, and $20 for non-member Adults. Credit card processing and system fees are applied and checkout.

Registration for each race closes at 11:59pm on the Wednesday prior to race day.

Race day registration is strongly discouraged , but will be available in Rikke's Roadhouse - cash or check payment only.
