The Grand Tour of Caledonia will start on January 23rd, 2023 and will run 6 weeks through to March 5, 2023.  As part of registration, participants will get a custom Grand Tour of Caledonia Sauce Toque.  We will be setting 2 course options for each week, one easy and one more challenging, with weekly prizes up for grabs!
