Registration

Please be aware that once you've submitted your registration you cannot go back and make changes so please take the time to read through the instructions below carefully and check that all fields are correct and complete before submitting. Our club is a volunteer-run organization and we'd love to have your help! If you're registering your child in any of our programs, please visit strathconanordics.com for a link to parent volunteer positions.

IMPORTANT: Please note that at least one parent or guardian of every minor member must also register to be a member. Both parents/guardians, if applicable, are encouraged to register for a club membership. This ensures that ALL family members are covered for insurance and liability purposes when skiing/volunteering during club activities and events. This is a standard requirement for most cross-country ski clubs and for many other sports clubs.

Early bird fees for programs are in effect until October 31, 2022 , after which date regular program fees will apply until December 31, 2022. A late fee of 25% is added to recreational and skill development program fees for registrations received between January 1 to January 8, 2023. Program registration closes on January 8, 2023. Membership fees do not increase and are non-refundable.

There are seven steps to complete the registration:

1. Select your Membership Type.
2. Enter the first person's details and add a program(s) if applicable.
3. Review the first person's details.
4. Accept the waiver.
5. Complete steps 2,3 and 4 for any additional people.
6. Review all information.
7. Check out.

Family memberships include adults and their dependent children at the same address.

PLEASE NOTE: At least one parent/guardian MUST register with their minor children (under 19 years of age).

Parents/guardians do not have to register for a program .

Family memberships are as follows:

• Family 2 (1 adult and 1 child) - $80 (includes CCBC & NC fees)
• Family 3 or more - $110 (includes CCBC & NC fees)

OR

Individual memberships can be chosen on the following pages and are as follows:

• Adult (19 - 64 years) - $45 (includes CCBC & NC fee)
• Senior (65 years) - $35 (includes CCBC & NC fee)

Nordiq Canada (NC) and Cross Country BC (CCBC) provide organizational regulatory management and member insurances, their fees are mandatory and included in the membership fees. They are displayed at the end of this registration form.
