Welcome to the Waterloo Region Nordic Sports Club Registration

Please read the registration instructions carefully and double-check that all fields are correct and complete before submitting. After payment, any subsequent changes must be done via the club administration. Payment is by credit card only.

Refund policy: Program fees are not refundable with two exceptions :

1. If a request is received by email prior to one week before the start of the program, 70% of the program fee will be refunded. The 30% accounts for fixed administration costs.

2. Under extraordinary conditions such as a severe lack of snow that prevents this program from being run, a member may apply for a refund of the program fees. The Board will decide on the approval of any refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
