WALDEN WOOLLY HIPPO

The 350 m , 1 km and 3 km races will take place on the lower trails. The 5 km and 15 km will either be on the upper trails if we get more snow, or changed to 6 km and 12 km on the lower trails.

EVENT DETAILS:

Free Technique (Classic tracks will be set)

10:00 AM Start: 350m | 1 km (U8, U10, U12)

10:15 AM Start: 3 km | 5 km |  15 km

All races will be a Mass Start in waves.

U8 Girls / Boys: 2017 - 2018

U10 Girls / Boys: 2015 - 2016

U12 Girls / Boys: 2013 - 2014

U14 Girls / Boys: 2011 - 2012

U16 Girls / Boys: 2009 - 2010

U18 Girls / Boys: 2007 - 2008

U20 Women / Men: 2005 - 2006

Senior Women / Men: 1995 - 2004

Masters Women / Men: 1994 and older

PN Standing Women / Men: any age

PN Sitting Women / Men: any age

NOTE: We are required to collect a Tier 3 race sanction fee ($3 each) to have all racers covered by Nordiq Canada's Liability Insurance Policy

ENTRY FEES

(Fees shown do NOT include Zone4 processing fees):

Para Nordic, U8, U10, U12, U14: $15, plus $3 Tier 3 fee

U16, U18, U20, Senior, Masters: $25, plus $3 Tier 3 fee

$5 Discount available for Walden Club Members

REGISTRATION:

Registration closes on Saturday, January 11th at 12:00 pm NOON .

*NOTE: There will be NO LATE REGISTRATION onsite on race day.

CANCELLATION:

Refunds will be issued if you cancel your registration by 12:00 pm noon on Saturday January 11th . If you would like to cancel, please email membership@waldenxc.ca . We will mail your refund by cheque (minus the Zone4/credit card fees) shortly after race day.

NOTE: There will be NO REFUNDS if we decide to cancel on race day.
