2026/2027 SEASON WAIVER

• All ages are determined as of December 31, 2026: ID will be required when picking up passes.
• Pass Refund Option must be purchased concurrently with the Season Pass.
• Refund Insurance: Adult, Senior $25 - Junior, Youth, Student $20 - Details
• Family: To qualify for the Family discount you will need 4 or more family members age 6 & up, of 1 or 2 adults and their dependent children up to and including age 18, living at the same primary address - does not include University Students*
• 5th Family member is Half Price, age 6 & up!
• University Students: Provide proof of full-time student enrolment. Student card not valid, minimum of 3 classes per semester, winter enrolment.
• Loyalty Pass: 2025/2026 Season Pass Holder

The pass remains the property of HARPER MOUNTAIN SKI LIFTS LTD. The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fraudulent use of this pass will result in a suspension of pass privileges. I have read and understand the release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement. I, as a pass holder, am aware and agree to abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code. In the event of a forgotten pass or lost pass, a charge of $30.00 shall be made for replacement. Age category is based on age as of Dec 31. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SNOW CONDITIONS, TRAIL CONDITIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, OPEN TERRAIN OR NUMBER OF LIFTS OPERATING.
