2025/2026 SEASON WAIVER

• All ages are determined as of December 31, 2025: ID will be required when picking up passes.
• Pass Refund Option must be purchased concurrently with the Season Pass.
• Refund Insurance: Adult, Senior $25 - Junior, Youth, Student $20 - Details
• Family: To qualify for the Family discount you will need 4 or more family members age 6 & up, of 1 or 2 adults and their dependent children up to and including age 18, living at the same primary address - does not include University Students*
• 5th Family member is Half Price, age 6 & up!
• University Students: Provide proof of full-time student enrolment. Student card not valid, minimum of 3 classes per semester, winter enrolment.
• Loyalty Pass: 2024/2025 Season Pass Holder

The pass remains the property of HARPER MOUNTAIN SKI LIFTS LTD.  The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fraudulent use of this pass will result in a suspension of pass privileges. I have read and understand the release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement. I, as a pass holder, am aware and agree to abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code. In the event of a forgotten pass or lost pass, a charge of $30.00 shall be made for replacement. Age category is based on age as of Dec 31, 2025 . WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SNOW CONDITIONS, TRAIL CONDITIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, OPEN TERRAIN OR NUMBER OF LIFTS OPERATING.
