We are excited to offer a special format to continue the Fall Epic 8 Hour in September 2020 as self-managed solo or team challenge.

The solo or team challenge is to ride as many laps as possible, on a dedicated 10km fun, fast and flowy course at Hardwood in 8 hour time window. Riders must register their chosen day, with a limit of 100 riders/day.

We are counting on YOU – the riders – to follow the rules and guidelines to make this possible. The health and safety of our community is most important. All riders and support must follow regional COVID19 protocols, maintain physical distance at all times on course and at venue, and avoid congregating.

Registration for any given day closes 24 hrs prior to that day. As example registration for Sept 14th closes Sept 13th at 7:00 am.

Each rider must be entered as an individual either as Solo or part of a Team.

The most efficient way is for the Team Captain to enter all riders using "Add Second Person"/"Add Third Person"/"Add Fourth Person". Many fields will be automatically populated, so make sure info is correct for each rider.

There is also option for each rider to enter individually. Try to keep Team Name consistent for tracking purposes.

Team Captain is responsible to ensure COVID19 guidelines and regulations are followed, as well as waiver requirements if entering multiple riders.
