Sanctioned by Nordiq Canada and Cross Country Ski Ontario

All competitors from U14 and up must have a valid Nordiq Canada race license or hold a Tier 2 Event License (Nordiq Canada supporting member day license) for each race event. Day licenses can be purchased during online registration for a fee of $6 per race.

Foreign skiers must have a Nordiq Canada Associate license in order to be seeded, or must purchase a Day License (see above) to participate.

U16 and older categories: $47.50 + taxes per race event for all races.

U14 and younger categories: $47.50 + taxes per race event for all races

All registration fees are subject to HST and zone4 processing fees.

MANDATORY FEES for Ontario athletes: All Ontario Division registered racers are required to pay the additional Ontario License Athlete Fee.

• U16, U18 and Open $7.00 + taxes per race
• U14 category $3.50 + taxes/race

Northern Ontario District FEE:

• U14 and older categories: $2.00 + taxes per day
• U12 and younger: no fee

Nordiq Canada Tier 2 Day License Fee (for U14 and older athletes without a Nordiq Canada race license) $6.00 per race

Regular registration closes on January 11.

Late registration is available until noon on January 14, and is subject to a late registration penalty of $100 per registrant. Registrations received after the late registration deadline will only be considered for athletes already registered in one or more races, and are subject to Jury approval and the late registration penalty.

All registration fees are payable at the time of online registration. Refunds will not be issued, unless the request to withdraw is received in writing to the Race Office prior to the close of regular registration on January 11. Refund requests will be processed as follows:

• 100% of registration fees and Ontario athlete fees (if applicable) will be refunded (less $15 administration fee)
• No refunds for overpaid Tier 2 day license and Ontario athlete fees.
• No refund for a race day cancelled for cold or adverse weather conditions.
• No refund of Zone 4 and online banking transaction fees.
• No refund of Nordiq Canada Tier 2 Day License Fees, unless the event is cancelled by the host.
