Eligibility

The 2024 Ontario Youth Championships is for athletes with the following years of birth:

• U14 (YOB 2010, 2011)
• U12 (YOB 2012, 2013)
• U10 (YOB 2014, 2015)
• U8 (YOB 2016, 2017)

Age is of December 31, 2023. ‘Racing up’ is not permitted.

Registration

Registration closes Sunday, February 25 11:59 PM. There is no late registration option.

Trail Fees

Trail fees for registered coaches, support staff, and athletes are included in the registration fees for Friday’s training day, and both race days.

Non-participants and family members accompanying athletes may purchase a special 3-day trail pass for $30+HST (for March 1-3) onsite at Hiawatha Highlands.

Refunds

If we receive a request to withdraw from the event in writing prior to the close of the registration (Sunday, February 25) you will receive a refund of your registration fees and HST less a $10 administration fee. You will forfeit Zone4 and credit card fees.

For U14s:

• Tier 2 Event Licenses will not be refunded if the athlete subsequently purchases a 2023-2024 Nordiq Canada Development Race License
• Tier 2 Event Licenses will not be refunded except in the event of race cancellation.
