Late registrations are subject to a $100 penalty per race, and you forfeit your right to seeding. Late registration closes at NOON on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023

Trail Fee Information

Please note that access fees to the trails ARE INCLUDED in the registration fees for the OFFICIAL TRAINING DAY AND RACE DAYS ONLY, Thursday, January 5 to Sunday, January 8, 2023.

Parents and friends of athletes can purchase an "Event Trail Pass" for $60 (includes HST) valid from Wednesday, January 4 to Sunday, January 8 as part of this online registration.

Athletes/Coaches/Parents must buy a trail pass if they wish to ski prior to or after these dates. The daily trail pass fee purchased on zone4.ca will be $17 (includes HST). Onsite trail fees are $20 for weekdays and $25 on weekends. Please note that the Ski Center is closed to recreational skiing during race events.

Refunds:

We wish to encourage early registration. It helps us plan.

We have a flexible cancellation policy.

If we receive a request to withdraw from the event in writing prior to the close of regular registration (Sunday, January 1 at Midnight) you will receive a refund of your registration fees and HST. You will forfeit zone4 and credit card fees.

Mandatory Fees for Ontario Athletes

Please note that all Ontario racers (except for the U12 category) are required to pay an additional per day race fee. This fee is not new. U16 categories and up - $5 per day; U14 category - $2.50 per day
