2022 NOD Outdoor XC Ski Dryland and Movement Skills Camp - Temiskaming September 9 to 11
Ages: Open with target group U12 to U18
Location: Temiskaming Nordic
Cost: $20/$40/$60 dependent on days attending
Special offer for U12 $30 for Friday and Saturday
U10 Saturday $20

Accommodations:
A camping area for tents is available on Temiskaming Nordic property - please follow directions and avoid the Sunday race area. There will be access to indoor washrooms and potable running water pending any last-minute changes due to covid restrictions.
Swimming will be available at the Loon Lake public beach down the road (~300 metres) from the chalet.
Meals: Saturday lunch and dinner provided for athletes
Sunday Breakfast only for athletes

Transportation: Athletes and coach/parents/guardians will need their own transportation during the camp.
Expectations:
- Athletes must provide their own equipment for the camp
- We do have some roller skis on hand, just let us know what you need.
- All athletes must follow and abide by XCSO's Return to Sport Protocol
- All athletes must be self sufficient to attend
