Alternative Date

Please let us know if you could switch to March 14 – 16 if the March 7 – 9 trip is cancelled. Saying yes is not a commitment; it just helps us gauge interest in an alternate date.

Registration Information

Registration fees for the event are set at $165 for adults and $80 for children. The fees will increase to $200 for adults and $95 for children on February 20.

All registrations are processed online, and Zone4 processing fees will be applied at the time of checkout.

Participation in this event requires an active Regina Ski Club membership.

Refund Policy

If the organizers must cancel the trip, all registrants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Refunds (less a $10 administration fee and the Zone4 online processing fee) will be issued if a participant cancels their seat on this multiday trip at least two weeks prior to the start of the trip or if the seat(s) can be filled from a waiting list.

Alternatively, registrants may choose to donate their fees to the Regina Ski Club.

Zone4 online processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All refunds will be sent via e-transfer.
