Welcome to Downtown Nordic Adult Programs!

Tuesdays evenings only

Adult instructional programs each Tuesday in December and January (as soon as we get skiable snow)

Will alternate each week generally with skate or classic instruction (a little bit conditions-dependent).

Will have Athletic Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced.

AB + Intermediate will be instructional; Advanced will be mostly drills and interval training

AB will be led by Coach Katrina, assisted by Coach Soo

Intermediate will be led by Coach John K with support from Coach John M and Coach Jim

Advanced will be led by Coach Steve

Will try to have additional sessions depending on coach availability.

There will be NO dryland training this year.

Adult Individual memberships are $ 60 (all fees included) - includes $25 for Nordiq Canada/CCSAM insurance fees and zone4 fees

Family memberships (2 or more family members from the same household) are $100 .  (Note: This is NOT the page for registering jackrabbits!)

(new as of last year - associate memberships - these are for people who don't want to attend sessions, but want CCSAM membership & insurance - which the $30 fee covers -- and be on the DN email list and be associated with the awesomeness of DN :))

Adult Registration is tentatively open until November 29, 2024, but this can change!

When you register, your name will appear on the public confirmation list.

One more Important Note: this membership gets you access to all club activities, but you will still need to buy a Windsor Park Nordic Centre membership.
