Vernon Paddling Centre Freshwater Challenge

LOCATION : Kin Beach, Vernon, BC

CREWS

Crews can have up to 12 paddlers.

Official Crews – For official status, on every second lap your crew must be all women, while the other laps can have all men or any mix of women and men. Lap sequence will be determined later and announced to the participants.

Unofficial Crews – each crew can be any mix of women and men.

40K CHANGE RACE - Open Boats

This race is a 40 km team event, consisting of 8 laps of 5 km each.

20K CHANGE RACE - Junior Boats

This race is a s0 km team event, consisting of 4 laps of 5 km each.

ALL BOATS

There will be one change per 5 km lap. You can schedule full or partial crew changes as you like, noting the requirement of alternating all-women crews for official status.
