Notification for Request 2026/27 Hollyburn XC Club

This is NOT club registration.

This is ONLY a request to be notified when:

• you are joining the club for the first time;
• email address changes;
• if returning to the club after a two years absence.

Entering information here allows us to notify you when registration e-mails are sent (around May).

Except for email address changes, please do not complete this form if you have had a family member active within the past two seasons. We already have your information and you will automatically be included when we send out the notification e-mails.

Note, we only need one notification request per family (and not one per child); enter information for a single parent only.

Novice Skiers: If you have a 9-12 year old who is new to cross country skiing, go to our club website Contact page and send a “Registration Inquiry” to discuss your child’s situation. Some children have difficulty keeping pace with the group, resulting in an unenjoyable experience. They might be better served taking the beginner lessons offered by Cypress before joining the club. We would be happy to speak with you about this.
