For insurance purposes, membership is mandatory for anyone wishing to participate in any VICO event. This event registration includes an application for membership in VICO.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We realize that some of you, particularly families, may want to participate as a group of two or more. To keep costs reasonable, we have the following option available:

Adult and Family Group s - If travelling as a group, please register the adult with the paid entry first ($15). Subsequent accompanying family or group members, please select 'Additional Group Member" to indicate that you are part of a group. A reduced fee will be triggered for those who register as a group member. Maps will be provided to all paid entries.

This registration form can be used to register more than one member of the same family (living at the same address) without having to do a separate registration for each.

If you live at a different address than the one that will be filled out below, please complete a separate registration form.
