Welcome to Walden Cross Country's Membership and Program Registration
We have increased our membership fees by 2% this year to cover the ongoing increase in costs to our Club to deliver our services and programs. The mandatory fee for membership and liability insurance with Nordiq Canada (NC), Cross Country Ski Ontario (XCSO) and Northern Ontario Division (NOD) remains at $26.
We are once again offering our popular Early Bird discount (10% off). It will end at midnight, Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
Online registration is by credit card only.
Membership provides full season access to our ski, snowshoe and fat bike trails.
Memberships are also required for registration in our Programs .
Family memberships are available for up to two adults of the same household and their dependent children. Dependents must be 24 or under as of December 31, 2026.
Registration for our Walden Nordic Race Team is now open. Registration for our Youth Programs (Bunnyrabbits, Jackrabbits, Track Attack , Lynx) and Adult Lessons Program will open in the fall and will be online only. Check the website for additional information about our programs at www.waldenxc.ca/programs , or contact our Chalet Manager ( info@waldenxc.ca ) .
The mandatory $26 NC/XCSO/NOD fee for membership and liability insurance is required for every member of an NC-accredited Club who will be age 6 or older as of December 31, 2026, or is under age 6 and participating in a skill development program. This fee supports the activities of NC/XCSO/NOD and provides liability insurance coverage to all participants.
Set up a "Quicklist " to save the information you enter in the Zone4 database for faster and easier membership and event registrations in the future.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Families who require financial assistance for children's memberships and/or program fees may apply to the Club's Youth Assistance Fund for possible subsidy. Complete an application form and submit it to our Club email. You can complete the Application Form on our website, or at the following link:
