Refund Policy:

If the organizers must cancel the trip, all registrants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee (Online processing fees are not refundable)

Refunds, minus a $10 administration fee and the on-line processing fee  will be issued if a registrant cancels their seat on the Eb’s Trails / Waskesiu at least two weeks prior to the start of the trip OR if the seat(s) can be filled from a waiting list.

Zone4 online processing fees are added to your registration at checkout and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All refunds and sent via e-transfer.

Alternatively, registrants may choose to donate their fees to the Regina Ski Club.
