The Club Registration system Reports area has seen some minor upgrades to help manage your registration data.

Searching

The home page of the reports area of each registration now includes a search function.  You can search for any name or CartID/Receipt number in any of the specific report tabs.  When searching for a name, even a partial name will work as searching for "Tim" will also return records such as "Timothy".  You can retrieve the search in any of the three reporting tabs, Carts, Individuals, and Remittance.  To return to the home Search screen, just click the small green "Search Home" button in the upper left corner.

Deleting Carts

Previously, Zone4 had added the ability to delete Individual records, but had not implemented a method of deleting whole carts.  Part of the concern was that there needed to be a method or "un-deleting" in case of mistakes, as well as addressing the issue of deleting carts that had credit card remittance information attached.  It is important to keep a record of all transactions that have gone through a registration, but undesired carts shouldn't interfere with your reporting and record keeping requirements.  When you click on a Cart Details link, you will now see a "Delete" link on the cart header.  Clicking Delete and "OK" on the "Are you sure" confirmation box will immediately flag the cart as Deleted and remove it from your screen if you are in the Carts report.  This effectively removes the cart and all the individuals in the cart from all of your Cart, Individual, Waivers,  and Custom reports as well as your Summary totals and any quantity limits you have placed on your registration or elements.

Now to address the issue of "un-deleting" mistakes, as well as keeping a proper record of all remittance information, if you go to your Remittance tab, you will see any deleted Carts and Individuals as Greyed out records.  In the same way that you deleted the Cart or Individual, you can click on the "Un-Delete" link to restore the record.  Note that clicking Delete and Undelete in the Remittance tab only changes the colour of the row and sets the Delete flag appropriately in the system and does not hide the records like in the other report tabs.

The only other change was the re-arrangement and addition of the links to the right of the reporting tabs so you can more easily jump between editing a registration and reporting on it as well as return to your main Registration Listing page (Reg List.)
